Delivery information

Your swing will be dispatched from our workshop in Hawkes Bay with NZ Post. Orders are dispatched every morning at approximately 10am.

Please allow for 4-12 business days (Monday to Friday) for your delivery to arrive.

Please be patient with deliveries during busy periods .

At little swing co our priority is quality and safety.

Our swings go through rigours testing to ensure our swings are safe and last the test of time.

As our products are made from raw material such as wood, steel and nylon there is a possibility faults can occur. If you find yourself in this position, we are here to help.

Swings are a lot of fun but they also require safety and care while operating.

It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure ongoing compliance of the equipment and ongoing compliance of the impact attenuation quality of the safety surface also.

• Always ensure maximum space around the swing zone.

• Adult supervision is recommended while children are present. Swings should be untied and stored safely while not in use.

• When hanging the swing, ensure ropes do not form loops.

• Overhead equipment designed for use by suspension by the hands only without foot support, e.g. horizontal ladders, track rides, gladiator rings, parallel bars, turning bars etc is limited to a maximum free height of fall of 2200mm. This is measured from the hand grip of the event to the safety surface below.
